All ages and all abilities ©iancorless

The Lanzarote Training Camp is based around the sports specific hub of Club La Santa (CLS.) It’s the perfect base for a week of activity with immediate access to running trails, extensive on-site facilities and multiple restaurants to fulfil everyones individual tastes and budget.

Included in the fee for camp participation is access to all the sports facilities and classes. There are a plethora of options which you can view here.

Our standard accommodation is a Comfort one bedroom apartment that includes: One bedroom with two single beds, toilet and shower room, open plan kitchen with table/ chairs and living room that has additional sofa beds. In addition, there is a balcony/ patio area which varies in size based on the apartment location within CLS.

Apartments are ideal for two adults sharing and for those who make the Lanzarote Training Camp cheaper, you can add a third person (adult) who would sleep on a sofa bed. If two adults are travelling and would like to bring children, one or two can join the apartment for free.

CLS has relaxation pools, three Olympic size pools, a lagoon, gym, squash courts, tennis courts, paddle courts, aerobic studios, run track and so much more… The perfect hub for an active holiday.

THE TRAINING WEEK

Our camp runs from Thursday to Thursday. Clients arrange their own travel and gladly, airlines such as Easyjet provide a regular and relatively inexpensive return service to Arrecife airport.

Transfers from the airport typically cost 35-50 euro and the journey takes approximately 30-minutes.

We usually ask that everyone tries to arrive around midday or early afternoon, however, this is not always possible due to flight/ travel logistics.

Meet the guides HERE

In addition to our core guide team, we have special guests who join us, Tom Evans from the adidas Terrex Team and Anna Comet from the Scarpa Team are ‘friends’ of the Lanzarote Training Camp.

WHO CAN COME ON THE CAMP?

We welcome everyone, however, the camp is an intensive week and if you do all the sessions on the planner, it is not unusual to accumulate 100-miles/ 160km in the week! But do not be intimidated. You decide what sessions you do, nothing is compulsory. Also remember, this is a training camp, it should be considerably more training than normal. You have no work, no commitments, the week is all about run, eat and rest. As a guide, you should be able to cover 1km on easy and flat terrain in 10-minutes or less.
